It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Addie York Young (Asheboro, North Carolina), who passed away on December 18, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Samuel York and Maxine Viola Woodell York; her husband Michael O'Rouke Young; her children, Kenneth Young and Phyllis Shaw; and her brothers, Jesse York and Grady York.
She is survived by: her siblings, Edna Casey of Randleman, Barbara Clodfelter of Randleman, David York of Asheboro, Donnie York of Asheboro and Eugene York of Asheboro; her sister-in-law Doris York of Coleridge; her grandsons, Rodney Ellison (Brianna), Jonathan Shaw (Amber) and Kenneth Young (Brittney); and her great grandchildren, Madaline Young, Lucas Ellison and Felicity Shaw.
