It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Baker of Archdale, North Carolina, who passed away on January 10, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clee David Baker and Clara Bell Baker; his former wife Edna McLamb Baker; his wife Idell Baker; his children, Evelyn Rose and Eddie Earl Baker; and his siblings, Virginia Furtrell, Dorothy Jernigan, Betty Joyce Baker, Donnie, Bruce, Sherwood and Larry Baker.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Nina Renee Williams of Archdale; and his siblings, Norma Jean Messer of Four Oaks, Wilma Conrad of Winston-Salem, Deborah House (Frankie) of Micro, Patricia Brown (Frank) of Four Oaks and Jerry Baker (Gail) of Selma. He is also survived by several grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
