It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Sweeney of Archdale, North Carolina, born in Olean, New York, who passed away on July 24, 2021, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Lemon and Maxine Karl Lemon; and her brother Thomas Lemon. She is survived by: her sons, Josh Sweeney (Bethany) of Thomasville and Tyler Sweeney of Archdale; her siblings, Ed Lemon, William Lemon, Dave Lemon, Alfred Lemon (Pam), Judy Potter (Ted) and Sharon Piscetelli (Rick); and her grandchildren, Zella Wentz and Oakland Sweeney. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
