She was predeceased by: her father Roy Stinson Allen. She is survived by: her husband Homer Smith; and her children, Gary Cook (Joyce) of Clifton Park, NY, LeRoy Cook of Mt. Pleasant, NC, Deborah Northgraves (Jeffery), Thomaston Me and Sandy McKenzie (Scotty) of Chadbourn, NC. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
