She is survived by: her children, Elaine Butler (Demetrious), Lorraine Watkins, Ervin Watkins Sr., Charles E. Watkins (Gwendolyn), David Watkins (Melva) and Gregory Watkins; and her sister-in-law Eleanor Carpenter. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
