He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Herman and Bessie Pence Davis; and his granddaughters, Virginia and Lily Davis. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sisler Davis; his sons, Rev. Jim Davis of Shelby and Darrell L. Davis (Kim) of Mt. Vernon, Ill.; his brothers, Michael Davis (Holly) of Portsmouth, OH, Mark Davis (Sherryl) of Bradenton and Daniel Davis (Gabriel) of Bradenton; his grandchildren, Katie (Drew), Stacy (Andrew), Amanda, Crystel (Curtis), Andrew, Matthew and Mikal; and his great grandchildren, Amber, Elena, Emma, Ethan, Elijah, Alistair, Tapanga and Lily.
