Hooker III (LaTasha Slaughter), Shelia Hooker and Jane Brenson; his stepchildren, Samuel Kluttz (Janice), Leslie Kluttz and Mia Caldwell (William); and his siblings, Alice Taylor, Janice Simmons (Samuel), Melvin Kluttz (Fleta), Leander Kluttz (Joyce) and C. W. Williams (Linda). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren; step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
