He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley A. Hayden Sr. and Adeline Hayden (Genzel); his brother Richard Hayden, Sr.; and his former wife Gail A. Hayden (Moquin). He is survived by: his wife Beverly J. Hayden (Hahn); his siblings, Harley A. Hayden Jr. and Diane LaPare (Hayden); and his children, Debbie A. Blanchard (Hayden), David G. Hayden, Jr., Donald C. Hayden, Douglas A. Hayden and Becky J. Hayden. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 31/2 great grandchildren.
