He is survived by: his wife Diane Franks of Glendive; his children, Michelle Franks Bailey (Joe) of Belgrade and Mark Franks (Bekki) of Glendive; his grandchildren, Tyler Allen (Lindy), Cj Berberet (Cassi), Lane Berberet, Jaxon Bailey, Trista Bailey, Alissa Bailey, Lexi Bailey, Morgan Franks and Axton Franks; his great grandchildren, Cooper, Carter Berberet, Maddison, Joseph, Tony, Christian Allen, Kole, Cruz, Duncan and Amara Bailey; his siblings, Margaret Napthine (Peter) of Livingston, Loretta Goben of York, Kathy Bailey (Ric) of Austin, Minnesota and John Franks (Deb) of Livingston; and his siblings-in-law, Sheila Franks of Livingston, Jamie Franks of Austin, Colette Olson (Ray) of Livingston, Muriel Morgensen of Livingston and Steve Wiltgen of Livingston. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
