He was predeceased by: his grandfather Jack Clevenger. He is survived by: his wife Allissa Bobick; his sons, Rylee and Brayden; his parents, Shelly Mayes and Rodney "Bo" Mayes of Kingston, MO; his siblings, Rodney Blaine Mayes (Ashley) of Excelsior Springs, MO and Shannon Pollard (Zach) of Braymer, MO; and his grandmother Colene Clevenger of Braymer, MO. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and one niece.
