She was predeceased by: her daughter Lindsey Wethern. She is survived by: her former husband Steven Goff; her husband Steve; her sons, Scott Wethern (Rose) and Alan Wethern; her stepdaughters, Marcy Goff and Mendy Fleck; and her brothers, Ross Chaplin and Gary Chaplin.
True to form, Lisa requested that in lieu of flowers or plants, that a donation or gift of volunteer time be given to a local charity of your choosing.
