She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kakalecik and Inez Kakalecik (Dittner); and her brother Gerald "Jerry" Kakalecik. She is survived by: her brother Mark Kakalecik; her sister-in-law Barbara Kakalecik; and her nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Nikki, Ryan, Matt and Josh. She is also survived by five great-nieces; three great-nephews; and many cousins.
