He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy "Dora" (Vance) and Joe Ebensteiner; his stepfather Harold Vance; and his stepson Leon May. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his daughter Marie Hartman; his stepdaughters, Bonnie, Elaine May and Connie Lozon Gliko; his sons, Ray, Keith, Brian, Dan and Don Ebensteiner; and his stepsons, Rick and Roger May.
