He is survived by: his wife Terri Jacobson (Shaffer); his daughters, Shannon Shaffer (Jim) of Great Falls, Jessica Jacobson, Josie Westbrooks (Dennis) of Williamsburg, VA and Jenessa Jacobson (Patrick) of Portland, OR; his siblings, Judith Isaak of Drake, ND, Mickey Fonder (Drew) of Reynolds, ND, Duane Jacobson (Lucia) of Leeds, ND and Keith Jacobson of West Fargo, ND; and his grandchildren, Seamus Nelson, Maisie Westbrooks, Effie Westbrooks, Dennis Westbrooks, Mickey Lewis and June Westbrooks.
