He is survived by: his wife LaVonne Hagens; his son Zachery Hagens; and his siblings, Lisa Pitt, Iris Hagens, Karl Hagens, Malissa McSpadden, Shantel McSpadden, Charles McSpadden, Marcella Scotson, Penny Parce, Bonnie Root and Judy Presnel. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and friends.
