Campbell; his uncle Tom; his brothers, Michael "Skinny" Campbell and Bush Cole; his nephews, Frank Buck Perez and Cory Stiffarm; his niece Mikki Campbell; his grandparents, Michael J Campbell, Estelle Campbell (Cusker), Walter "Dube" Duvall and Sydne Duvall (Trethewey); and his great-nephew Cash Wells.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Randy Perez; his former spouses, Lola Jean Werk and Lynn Jackson of Chicken Hill; his stepchildren, Jason Payne, June G and Honey Grandchamp; his grandchildren, Terrell and Taylor Hamilton; his mother Betty Campbell; his son Jason Campbell; his grandchildren, Cooper Margaret Campbell and Gunnar Augustus Campbell; his goddaughter Kelly Cole; his sister Delores Campbell; his nieces, Lisa and Tricia; his nephew James; his sister Margarett Campbell (Warren); his nieces, Vernelle, Reyna and Jennifer; his sister Toma Campbell; his nieces and nephews, Kasey, Emily, Rope and Zak; his sister Sydne Campbell; his nieces, Natasha and Belina; his sister Sylvia Campbell Tangen (Tracy); his nieces and nephews, Collette, Colleen, Coleman and Dean; his sister-in-law Wanda "Liza" Campbell; his nephew Dale; his nieces, Melinda, Katie, Jacki, Sandi and Heidi; and his cousins, Jim Duvall and Estelle Enemy Boy.
