He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Andrew LeRoy Frecker and Shirley Irene Jacobs Frecker; his siblings, Chris (Gene Brownson), Arlene (Ken Brewer), Darlene, Kim Robinson and Heidi (Joe Laing); his children, Anna Marie (Justin Rhodes), Andrew Tyler, Emily Rose (Porter Rix) and Joseph Karsten (Jolly Ann Larita); his grandchildren, Daisy, Lily, Violet, Sage, Jeff Rhodes, Andrew, Eli, Zsophie Frecker, Olivia, Orrin Rix, Pearl and Ruby Frecker; and his sister Debbie (Bruce Day).
