He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Slezak and Dorothy Slezak. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Kathy Gennette (Bob) of Tucson, AZ, Sherry Harbaugh of Spokane, WA, Dan (Catherine) of Whitefish and Ken (Brenda) of Conrad; and his siblings, David (Zerelda) of Port Orchard, WA, Roger (Diane) of Port Orchard, WA and Marla Bruner (Gerald) of Conrad.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial can be made to Great Falls Peace Hospice.
