He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Cunningham and Effie Cunningham; his wife Vivian Cunningham; his daughter Jannette L. Cunningham; his siblings, Phillis "Sis" Sperry and Chuck Young; his uncle Dewey; and his cousin Lyle Eggum.
He is survived by: his close friend Donna Hayes; his brothers, Phillip Cunningham and Gene Young; his children, Michael Cunningham (Teri), Michelle Cunningham Shannon (Dave), James Cunningham (Sha) and Stephen Cunningham (Rebecca Dresel); his grandchildren, Calli Brandon, Stacie, Nathan, Holly, Hannah, Kara and Jack; and his great grandchildren, Lilian, Ethan, Landon, Logan, Dex, Karter and Ayden.
