He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Blanchard and Helen Blanchard of Carter; his wife Shirley Lee Blanchard (Burris) of Billings; his son William John Blanchard; and his sisters, Judith Irene Watson and Patricia Hatfield.
He is survived by: his sons, Lawrence Earl and Joseph Henry; his close friend Mary Lee Bakker; his sons, Larry Blanchard (Carla) and Joe Blanchard (Stacy); his brother Bob Blanchard (Carol); and his niece Mary. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
