He is survived by: his siblings, Ernie, Genevieve, Billy, Richard, Jim, Marilyn, Ernie Sr. and Margaret Cotter; his children, Casey, Phillip Jr. Eric, Kendall and Mckenzy; his wife Debbi Doyle; his children, La'Kirie, Ty'Raela, Tre'Yrio, Jye'Ztre, Jz'Elaky, Kyj'Trel, Kty'Zjre, Zander, Zayda, Wyatt, Trinity and Kalazaya McClure (Jon) of Belgrade, MT; his grandchildren, Steve, Harliss and Lander; and his children, Wesley and Remi. He is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
