He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward "Bud" and Elsie Stagner (Zinke); and his brother Roger Stagner. He is survived by: his former wife Ann Wynnette Price; his daughters, Kathleen Winkley (Sam) of Miles City, Amy Schock (Mike) of Gillette and Lisa Stagner-Sagdalen of Rapid City; his grandchildren, Michaela Hardy (Taylor), Codee Sagdalen, Ryan Sagdalen, Amanda Winkley and Kalli Robertson (Ryan); his great grandchild Kolt Sagdalen; his sister-in-law Jeanne Stagner of Lead; and his close friends, Randy Ward and Ed Goetz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
