He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mann and Retha Robinson Mann; his sister Reba Hood; and his nephew Randall Mann. He is survived by: his wife Ivy Mann of Cedar Bluff; his children, Thomas Mann of Cedar Bluff, Angela Depew of Cedar Bluff and Paula Oakman (Chris) of Cedar Bluff; his siblings, Glenn Mann, Calvin Mann, Pearline Kellum, Nora Millican, Lisa Craven, Nita Childers and Bonnie Myers; and his grandchildren, Lacee Mann, T. James Mann, Skyler Weaver (Dan), Christian Depew, Brendon Oakman, Preston Oakman, Ashley Mann and Samantha Mann.
