She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron, Sr. Blansett and Fannie Elizabeth "Lib" Doster Blansett; her son Wade Clanton; and her brothers, Aaron Blansett, Jr., Harvey Joe Blansett and Jerry Wayne Blansett.
She is survived by: her husband Charles T. Clanton of Cedar Bluff; her daughter Kathy Watkins of Cedar Bluff; her daughter-in-law Teresa Clanton of Vardaman; her grandchildren, Beth Clanton (Johnanthan) of Houlka and Jacob Clanton of Vardaman; her great grandchild Bryson Fuller of Houlka; her sisters, Judy Simmons (George) of West Point and Kate Wilcox (Charles) of Maben; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Clanton, James Clanton and Robert Clanton of Portland, OR. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
