It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Allen Fulgham (West Point, Mississippi), born in Starkville, Mississippi, who passed away on December 11, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tandy Elwood and Dicie Harris Fulgham; and his sister-in-law Robbie Fulgham. He is survived by: his siblings, Ann Perkins (Jimmy) of West Point, Jeanne Parker (Aaron) of Laurel, Charlene Lindsey (James) of Sturgis, Billy Fulgham of West Point, Rocky Fulgham (Sheila) of West Point, Phillip Fulgham (Peggy) of Southaven and Tim Fulgham (Patricia) of Mathiston.
