He is survived by: his grandsons, John Cunningham, Lucas McTaggart, Matthew McTaggart, Randle McTaggart, Kaleb McTaggart, Benjamin McTaggart, Jeremiah Elliott, Jeb Elliott, Jack Elliott III, William Elliott, Daniel Elliott, Augustine Elliott, Will Lummus, Alex Lummus and John Thomas McTaggart; his children, Debbie Cunningham of West Point, Dale McTaggart of Ft. Pierce, FL, Donald McTaggart (Roxanne) of West Point, Barbara Elliott (John) of West Point, Kathy Elliott (Jack) of West Point, Susan Lummus (Luke) of West Point, Carolyn Lummus (David) of West Point and Tommy McTaggart (Bernadette) of West Point; and his siblings, Jerry McTaggart (Joanne), Wayne McTaggart, Joe McTaggart (Kay), Bob McTaggart (Jan), Collette Stirling, Lois Jacobsgaard, Karen Shipley, Linda Laplante (Bob) and Nancy Germany (Kirt). He is also survived by 28 Grandchildren; 26 Great Grandchildren.
