He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Vernon and Bessie Mae Betts Oswalt; his grandson Christopher Blake; and his siblings, Shirley Doss, Arlene Hurst, Eunice Chism, Joyce Huffman and Tommy Oswalt, Sr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Terrie Hill (Charlie) of Bruce, Christy Blake (Ricky) of Cedar Bluff and Marie Trull of West Point; his grandchildren, Cody Hill (Anna) of Bruce, Brittany Chance (Darren) of Springdale, Beverly Blake McKnight (Brock) of Batesville, T. C, Tyler Trull of West Point and Jeremy Wilkins of West Point; his great grandchildren, Bradley Trull of West Point, Vaydi Hill of Bruce and Noah Chance of Springdale, Ark; his brother His; and his brother-in-law Earl Huffman of West Point. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
