He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Adron and Jewel Lorene Dendy; and his siblings, Joyce Eaton, Mary Brand, Josephine Dendy, Pete, Marion, Phillip and T. A. Dendy.
He is survived by: his wife Cora W. Dendy of Mantee; his daughter Christi Carter (Steve); his grandchildren, Stevi Carter and Cole Carter of Starkville; and his sister Julie Fay Thrash (Sam) of Columbus.
