She is survived by: her parent Vertile Walters Dilmore; her spouse Reginald Joseph "Reggie" LeBlanc; her daughters, Debbie H. Marsteller (Nick) of West Point and Dottie H. Tillman (Russ) of Argyle, Texas; and her sisters, Brenda Leister of West Point, Jenny Campbell of West Point and Pat Pate of West Point. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
