He is survived by: his son Jason Hughes of Birmingham, AL; his mother Lorraine Hughes of Walnut, MS; his sister Nelda Hughes of Walnut, MS.; his stepdaughter Lacey Elliott of Ocean Springs, MS; and his stepgrandchildren, Savannah Irester of Starkville, MS and Jordan Elliott of Yazoo City, MS.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the McBride Funeral Home, Inc. (206 N Commerce St, Ripley, MS 38663). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
