We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2023, at the age of 94, Owen K. Williamson (Vicksburg, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Williamson and Lucille Tucker Williamson; his son Mark Williamson; and his wife June Williamson. He is survived by: his son David Williamson; his daughter-in-law Gina Williamson; his granddaughter Katherine Williamson; and his great grandchild Noah Williamson.
His contribution to the telephone industry included serving on the initial Board of Directors at the creation of BellSouth following the breakup of AT&T.
