With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha Haney Martin (Vicksburg, Mississippi), who passed away on November 25, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Franklin Haney and Frances Elouise Wood Haney; her siblings, Mary Alice Haney and Hiram Jackson Haney Sr.; and her husband Wallace William Martin.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Martin Clark; her great grandchildren, Joshua Cade Fairley, Evella Kathryn Fairley of Vicksburg, Wesley Scott Clark and Olivia Martin Clark of Ridgeland; and her sisters, Nancy Jane Haney Carr of Vicksburg, Sammie Elouise Haney of Vicksburg and Peggy Jeanne Standifird of Vicksburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations to Paws Rescue, or Dianne Gargaro's Rescue account at Woodland Animal Clinic as animal rescue was dear to her heart.
