He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon L. Jacobs Sr. and Reinette Lewinthal Jacobs; his wife Phyllis; his son Michael; and his friend Betty England.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Meyer (Jay) and Jill; his daughter-in-law Rebecca; and his close friend Ann Gerache. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
