He was predeceased by: his parents, Ina Pearl Richmond and Horace Mills Richmond. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Smith Richmond; his children, Nicki Richmond Groce (Ken), Krissy Richmond Hoover (Ryan) and Jason Richmond; and his grandchildren, Katelyn, Hoover of Clayton, River and Groce.
