He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Uzzle Sr. and Bessie Brooks Uzzle; his siblings, Harry, Jerry, Steve, Wayne, George, JoCarol, Carolyn and Lois; and his daughter Sonya Lynn Barrett.

He is survived by: his wife Ethel Uzzle (Janie); and his children, Susan Sharp (Charlie), Brian Uzzle (Betty), Michael Uzzle and Julie Parks (Glynn). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and a great great grandchild.
