She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Nielsen and Francis Allen Nielsen; her husband William Armstrong (Skip); and her siblings, L. C. Nielsen (Shelton Nielsen), Elaine Brent, Maxine Uzzle and Vivian Kay.
She is survived by: her sons, Billy Ray Muirhead (Sheila) and Micky Lee Muirhead (Trina); her stepsons, Andy Armstrong and Allen Armstrong; her brother Elmer Nielsen (Roberta); and her grandchildren, Christy Janotta (Johnny), Shauna Williams, Nikki Ervin (Buster), Courtney Elizondo (Justin), Josie Gresham (Joe), Boe Muirhead and Curtis Muirhead. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
