He was predeceased by: his parents, Drennon D. "Pete" Horne and Jean McCrory Burrell. He is survived by: his children, Courtney Dyess (Brett) and Drennon "Bubba" Horne, Jr.; the mother of his children Lou Waggoner; his grandchildren, Audrie Horne, Rhys Dyess, Emmy Taylor Horne and Lilly Horne; and his brothers, Ronnie Horne, Dewey Horne and Keith Horne.
