He is survived by: his wife Sherry Roberts; his father David Oneal Roberts, Sr.; his children, Kelsey Roberts (Kenzie), Colin Roberts (Michelle), Jason Roberts, Zachary Roberts, Bethany Runyan (Charles), Selah Roberts, Shiloh Lahr (Brandon) and Rachel Roberts; his sisters, Sandy Lovell (Dane), Judy Heidenreich (Steve) and Donna Pevey (Scott); and his grandchildren, Caleb Roberts, Lillian Roberts, Benjamin Roberts, Abigail Roberts, Mila Roberts, Elias Runyan, Gareth Runyan, Amethyst Runyan, Iris Runyan, Verin Runyan, Ashlyn Pitts, Isabella Pitts, Kayden Pitts and Piper Lahr.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested ammunition donations.
