She is survived by: her husband Dana Smith; her children, Dorine Page (Wally), Cassandra Bradley (Steve) and Adam Smith; her siblings, E. M. Holder, Joseph Holder (Blossom), Jerry Holder, Wendell Holder (Gwen), Madie Cazzell (Howard) and Candis Post (Bruce); and her grandchildren, Whitney Lett (Chris), Justin Mills and Cole Bradley.
