He is survived by: his wife Kathy Whitney; his children, Ricky Ryals (Jill), Robyn Morrison and Shawn Whitney (Krista); his grandchildren, Sophia, Olivia Ryals, Carstin, Carlie Pate, Bryleigh, Adalyn Whitney and Charlie Whitney; his great grandchild Rowan Tanner; his brothers, Richard "Dick" Whitney, David Whitney (Mary) and Mike Whitney (Sandra); and his father-in-law Robert Cain. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
