He was predeceased by: his parents, J. J. Murphy and Shirley W. Murphy. He is survived by: his wife Melissa A. Murphy; his children, Joshua M. Murphy (Michelle), Justin N. Murphy and Adell M. Murphy; his siblings, Daniel Murphy (Kim), Colleen Baudoin (Glenn), Patricia Malbrough (E. T.) and Eileen Scoriels (Trae); his grandchildren, Kayleigh A. Murphy, Matthew James Murphy and Karley A. Murphy; and his pets, Lucy and Buddy.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to the American Cancer Society or your local Humane Society.
