He is survived by: his wife Eva "Polly" Machowski; his children, Neil Machowski Jr. of Madison, MS, Dawn Oliveri (George) of Phillips, ME and Tammy Piercy (Frank) of Terryville, CT; his grandchildren, Adam, Chance, Cailyn Lagassie, Doug, Emily, Nathan, Benjamin, Damien Piercy and Jayden Machowski; and his great grandchild Archivold Pease.
