He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Earl and Lena Pearl Mobley; and his siblings, Alvin Eugene Mobley, Kenneth Ray Mobley, Don Mobley and June Mobley.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Mobley; and his daughters, Beverly June Burton and Cheryl Hawkins. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
