He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Eubanks and Nell Simmons Eubanks; and his former wife Susan White Eubanks. He is survived by: his wife Jeri Field Eubanks; his children, Holly Fulton of Tulsa, OK, Jasmine Estes (Joe) of Tulsa, OK and Clint Eubanks (Michelle) of Terry, MS; his son-in-law Carmen Petrosino (Christy) of Pass Christian, MS; his siblings, Teresa Ellis (Sonny) of Ackerman, MS and Mike Eubanks (Janet) of Sante Fe, TX; his grandchildren, Tanner Fulton, Ty Fulton, Tori Fulton, Seattle Lindsey, Ella Estes, Daisy Estes and Bryce Eubanks; and his great grandchildren, Karter and Iverson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
