She is survived by: her daughters, Charlene Borders (Bud) and Venita Tadlock (Rodney); her grandchildren, Andrea Chance (Mark), Kerry Armstrong (Chris), Dana Garrett (Todd), Wes Lewis (Laura), Sam Lewis (Traci), Claire Floyd (Web) and Kelsey Tadlock; her great grandchildren, Erin Fanquy (Chancy), Nathan Lewis, Jackson Garrett, Max Garrett and Tatum Lewis; and her son-in-law Wayne Herrington.
