She was predeceased by: her siblings, John Roy Kemp, Jerry Kemp, Pee Wee Kemp and Linda Morris; her husband Theodore Chandler; and her parents, Jefferson Kemp and Ruby Lee Kemp.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Raines (Ronnie Joe), Billy Chandler, James Chandler (Cathy), Scottie Chandler (Pam) and Percy Chandler (Chris); her grandchildren, Brandi Lucas (Ryan), Lindsey Doss (Matt), Sissy May (Joe) and James Shannon Chandler (Melissa); and her nephew Bobby Chandler (Carolyn). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren.
