He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Audrey Horn. He is survived by: his wife Mary Horn of Terry; his children, Douglas Leon Horn (Rachelle) of Baton Rouge, LA, Monte Horn (Anna) of Terry and Cyndi Schellhammer (Mark) of Dallas, TX; his brother Neil Horn (Ruth) of Sawatch, CO; his grandchildren, Skyler Horn, Josh Fuller and Callie Lynn Horn; and his great grandchild Jasmine Altamirano.
