He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Welborn Yelverton of Taylorsville, Mississippi; his children, Joey Yelverton (Maureen Smith) of Ridgeland, Byron Edwin Yelverton, Sr. (Angela) of Spanish Fort, Alabama and Suzanne Yelverton Colbert (Chad) of Brandon, Mississippi; his grandchildren, Byron Edwin Yelverton, Jr. (Ally) of Alpharetta, Blake Yelverton of Spanish Fort, Jordan Colbert Watts (Wesley) of Brandon and Sara Grace Colbert (Mason McKay) of Brandon, Mississippi; his great grandchild Lily Watts of Brandon, Mississippi; and his sister Jan Yelverton Bond of Taylorsville, MS. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
