He is survived by: his wife Wynde Lewis; his daughters, Anna Fowler (Bobby), Jacy Nance (Logan) and Hailie Lewis; his siblings, Tonya Rodgers (Kim), Tammy Bennett (Jeremy Ables), Susan Kipper (Gary), Leigh-Ann Baggett, Danny Lewis (Aleisha), Eric Turnbow and Riley Ray; his grandchildren, Jaxon Fowler and Hazel Fowler; his stepmother Bettye Lewis; and his pets, Faith (La-La), Athena and Simba.
