He is survived by: his wife Lynn Chapuis; his daughter Jamie Chapuis Moore; his parents, James Chapuis and Peggy Chapuis; his brother Mike Chapuis (Kay); his nieces and nephews, Christina Walls (Chris), Danielle Williams (Chris), Kary Randall (Jim), Lee Odom and Rob Odom (Callie); and his siblings-in-law, Glenn Odom (Becky) and Karen Munn (Malcolm). He is also survived by 3 great-nieces and 4 great-nephews.
